No games for four days in a row! Guess I'll just catch up on all the Law & Order reruns I recorded.

Two more weekends of rec league, then spring rec leagues start.

I've got three more weeks left of decent Rec Ball - League Championships and All-Star Games before spring ball arrives.

While the quality of ball fluctuates, I actually go most of the year.

At least there's a local kids rec league Board meeting one of those evenings. I usually bring a blanket and pillow and just chill out on the floor.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Most of the meeting, the discussion has nothing to do with officiating, but about finances, registration, coordination with other programs and school district relationship stuff.

About the only time I pay attention is if there's a discussion about some rogue coach.
