Traveling??

A1 is dribbling and falls to the floor but continues his dribble. He then stops his dribble while kneeling on one knee?
-Travel?? I would say no as he stopped his dribble with the knee touching.

A2 gains possession of the ball while lying on his back, he then sits up.
-Travel??

Thanks!
