Does the game take less time when you work 3-person vs. 2-person? Are you gone from home less time? Does your uniform cost more when you work 2-person? If you don't get mileage (which many do not), do you drive less if it's a 3-person game, than if that same game is done 2-person? In the summer, do you train less in 3-person mechanics? Is the "gate" at the school less if the game is officiated with 3 officials? (Shall I go on?)

Just sayin'.

Our fees are front loaded to where the first game is about double the second game. Why? Schools didn't want to pay mileage. I like it.
