Team A sent in 3 subs. Team B coach ask for a line-up. What is the correct way to do a match up and rule reference?

... that the captain can request such a match-up.

If I had a captain with the awareness to make the request, I would let them dictate how they wanted their teammates made aware.

I'm versatile.
