Need historic reference
For any of you that have been around since Christ wore knickers, I need help with this....
We all know that on a throw-in, the thrower must keep a foot on or over the 3-foot area and may move forward or backward as much as they want. Has this ever been different? Was there a time in the past where traveling restrictions were in place and a pivot foot was relevant in any way, or has it always been like it is now? Thanks! |
