If the kid did put an elbow to the teeth of his opponent and you cominced to tossing him and the coach, how many FTs we shooting?

I would say this might fall under the same premise as a player getting ejected for fighting if his actions instigate a fight even though his actions would not themselves warrant an ejection.

Remember when if a coach yelled, "foul him", to one of his players, it was pretty much an automatic intentional foul? Now it's considered a part of the game, and the intentional foul may not be called every time in this situation.
