Just FYI, if you've ever seen or heard about a pdf copy of a rules set (or other document) and later can't find it, just do a google search like: "filetype:pdf site:nba.com" and you'll get a list of all pdf files on that site. I've found tons of stuff -- usually not sports related -- that way.
