In watching the Firecrackers I am sure I saw multiple travels as a result of changing the pivot cheek. :p

That team was amazing.

I couldn't agree more with this! I've been overweight for years. At one point I got up to 358 lbs!!! I've always been athletic and ran during the season for JH through varsity games. However, I had had enough this season of aching knees and feet and, well, everything. So...I started a weight loss and exercise program in January. I was down to 309 as of today and I'm starting a seven week training program/competition (weight loss) at my health club. I haven't seen the underside of 300 lbs in about 8 years. I'm VERY excited. My goal is to get around 250. I'm 6'4" and have a large frame to work with. 30 yrs old. My dad was 800 lbs...not exaggerating...so it's in the family. Tore my ACL in 1998 and that's when the weight went on.

I know I gave a life story a bit, but man...I'm excited about what's happening to my body. I get the "wink" from my wife a LOT! :) (Not that I didn't before, but it's nice...) If you are overweight...you CAN do it! Just find what works and get out there and bust your BUTT!!! I know the emotion surrounding weight loss, though. It IS possible.
