Not going to have 3 West Coast guys on the game. Hall has worked 106 games this season...#1 for men's officials.

Especially since it will be 2 East coast teams competing... just wishful thinking I guess

I dunno -- which one isn't east coast?

My college friends from Montana thought that Ohio was east coast, so maybe East Lansing would count as well!

If global warming continues, Montana will be on the west coast.

In this part of the country, some people think that from Chicago on east is all one big continuous city and anything east of the Twin Cities is "east" in a cultural and geographical sense.

Of course, in NYC and other parts nearby, they think nothing west of the Hudson is important.

That's another friend: a Manhattanite once said to me (direct quote): "Lake Erie? That's out west by Colorado, isn't it?"

And according to "real" midwesterners (from big flat states) Ohio is not in the midwest either.

Go figure.

Ed Corbett, John Hughes, and Mike Stephens are working the NIT Championship game tonight.

If the NCAA still has a regulation that Final Four officials cannot accept any assignments in the five days previous to their FF game, then these three are out.

Kind of a stupid rule. We have officials who worked every day from November 14 until December 24 but they can work on Thursday and then again on Wednesday. Supid.

I would have bet money of Corbett.

Do the officials that work on Sat have to leave after their games are finished?

Jamie Luckie is one of the best officials working. Once his name catches up with his ability he will be a final four regular. Les Jones is also solid and could get the call.

Rut, is it a secret or can you tell us?
