I have heard it's 3 to 5 miles based on the level of the game. But most of the games that I do would be measured in feet.....

The times I have worn a pedometer while working Boys varsity in a 3 man crew, I have rarely exceeded ~1.3 to ~1.4 miles.

I'd like to put a pedometer on a few coach's mouths. I bet they are past due for an oil change.
