If the offenseA does a kick ball do give the ball to team B?

There is no Team C, D, E, or even F. Same with G through Z. So yes, by default it must go to Team B.

The rule against kicking does not differentiate between offense and defense.

Make sure it is a "kick" and not just the ball hitting a leg. It must be intentional.

As Forksref points out, PLEASE make sure that the ball was actually KICKED or otherwise intentionally struck with the foot by the offensive player!!! I have seen countless "kick" violations called on offensive players while they were DRIBBLING the ball (with their hands). The ONLY time I can see an offensive player using the foot illegally would be if they were performing some kind of soccer move on the ball with the foot to collect the ball.

Usually, it happens during an interrupted dribble.

I had a good one the other night. A kid falls to the floor trying to gather a loose ball, and ends up with the ball between both legs near his ankles. Defender bends down to trap the ball as well and the kid on the floor clamps his legs on either side of the ball so the defense can't take it away. No one in the gym could believe it and as the D backed away the player on the floor lifts the ball to his hands with his legs. I called the violation on him and away we went with applause for his efforts from the fans and his teammates.

I agree. Unless it is during another loose ball situation (pass deflected, ball bouncing away after a shot, etc.).
