I happen to agree with him. The official's job is to make the proper call. It is up to the coaches and players to decide what they wish to do with their opportunities.

Yep, saw this on ESPN Sunday and then again this morning. No footage of the game existed so they pieced it together with interviews with the coaches, kids and one of the officials. Pretty well done. Just wouldn't have been the same if the kid had violated at the FT line, that's for sure. |
