The only thing i hate about this is when the coach is right about the count or a call and I make it, not because he wanted it, but because it was the right call that I was going to make anyway.
Now instead of 1 PITA (pain in the a$$) you have the potential of the other coach crying about giving his opponent a call that he wanted.

I forgot to add that I felt justified in my decision when, as my partner and I were leaving the floor, the coach broke off from the handshake line to yell at me "That's why you're not varsity."
It took everything within my power to not turn around and say, "Well, coach, looking at the scoreboard, that's why you're not varsity, either." |

Wrong title?
Hey Padgett...wasn't your first book "Coaching BY Dummies"?
![]() But seriously, I have told a coach on 3 second counts that every time he yells at me, I loose count and have to start over. |
