I agree with Bob, I am long gone too. I tell my partner if it isn't tied when the horn goes off you have tree choices, Lead, Follow or get the #@ll out of the way!!!!!~;)

In the OP, I would leaf the floor as soon as possible. But, if it became obvious there was going to a problem, I might make a note on my palm what I saw, but I would not stop to continue to observe. Whatever barking happens between the coaches after the game is best left to the administrators. I don't care how much Nevada would needle me in that case.
