Nope. I may disagree with a partner throwing a technical, but once he does I'm getting a shooter, clearing the lane, and making sure my partner isn't left on an island hung out to dry (and five or six more cliches once I think of them). I am not going to show any sign of disagreeing with him on the court and anyone who does should have their license pulled.

I think Penguin has been around a few years and it sounds like this guy isn't into listening but is into spreading.
Most 1 or 2 year guys should be spending more of their time soaking in what their experieinced partners have to offer rather than expressing their philosophies.

Believe me, I have been at this awhile and even though I have a lot more court time than a lot of the people I work with - they have more time a the levels I now am working, so it I shut up and soak it in and when asked for an opinion, respond with with what I think. But I try never to philosophize over someone more senior on our crew.
