Here in my little corner of the "Constitution State", the exam score counts 10% toward your annual rating, and ranking, which will effect your assignment schedule next season; level of games (varsity, subvarsity), and number of assignements. It's a big deal here.

I've never completely incorporated this into my brain, even after a Forum member was kind enough to post on this issue on more than one occasion. No debate needed. I'm sure that I'm wrong. Do you want me to fix it?
