Fifteen Seconds ...
We often hear the the fifteen second time interval to replace a disqualified player is not a timeout.
As such, are there any restrictions on allowing bench "players" to stand up with the head coach during the fifteen second time interval to replace a disqualified player? Citation please. I keep distracting myself with the rule that says that players may not sit down during a thirty second timeout.
