This is my second year officiating. I went to camps this summer and got noticed and my assignor has given me a full scholastic schedule. (Which has a lot to due with reading this forum, so thank you everyone!). Anyway, my uniform last year was just a regular referee shirt, with the $5 IAABO patch. This season, I need more uniforms, as I am working multiple days a week. My question is about the American flag. I want to get them on my jersey. They come in white and gold borders. Everyone I have seen has the gold border one, but the white one just seems to go better. Should I get gold like everyone else, get white, or does it really not matter at all. I'm assuming its the ladder, but thought it was worth a question. Thanks!
