Our meetings generally last about an hour and a half.

We take attendance on the way into the meeting. I am not sure if anybody notices if you leave early.

If the chit-chat gets to be too much, somebody on the Executive Committee stands up and yells for everybody to shut up. No sense beating around the bush.

Regarding attendance, we have to check in, and check out. Our ratings, and rankings, suffer if we don't stay for the entire meeting. No sneaking out early for us.
