I guess I have been fortunate because there are only a few coaches(mostly just 1) that i dont care for. And the others are ok. So, I havent treated him differently because the other coaches are pretty ok. I am grateful for that, because I do agree with what you say about treating them all equally. Sometimes I have to just grit my teeth and smile ( which is really a funny looking face if you try it looking in the mirror)
