If there is a double fouled called, who gets possesion? I know NFHS goes to the AP, but what about NCAA?

NCAA Women's don't know about men's, AP if Clock running and no team control. Assumming we are talking about personal fouls.

Correct - otherwise, team in possession retains possession and no reset of the shot clock...
