We used to use the 3D rule in the driveway. If the streetlight was on, you got an extra point for a basket. To prevent the other team from getting any extra points, we would break the streetlight.

Because of the type of neighborhood in which I grew up, there's no smiley face here.

But what if they moved the basket while it was dark to an area with a working streetlight and scored before you realized they were gone?:confused:

Then my buddies would have "taken care" of them. It's hard to play hoops with two broken kneecaps.
