I've been rooting for the Salukis myself. I am a Boilermaker so I guess you can see the connection, if not Bruce Webber was an assistant under Gene Keady at Purdue. Rumor has it that Bruce is going to be hired back at Purdue as an Associate Head Coach to replace Gene when he retires in a year or two. Sorry to break the bad news.

I've been considering myself a Saluki fan ever since UConn won on Sunday - I simply don't like the Huskies' men's team.

My two favorite teams ..... Ga. Tech and whoever is playing Georgia......So I was a big Saluki fan last weekend!!!
Plus, its always fun to pull for the underdog.
