And, Chuck, don't forget to mention one of my Cubbies, Geo Soto, won ROY. To me though, it was surprising Sabbathia didn't win the Cy Young, given his record down the stretch. I wonder if it hurt him in the voting changing leagues in the middle of the season.

And, it looks like my Cubbies might be the first team to play in the new Yankee Stadium. Talk about possible curses...

I'll admit that I'm working on other things right now and have payed as much attention to the forum lately. I guess I missed this one.

No problem about hijacking at this point. I'm just happy it's getting traffic. More Sox news:

Coco Crisp reportedly traded to Kansas City

Better hope Ellsbury can produce for a whole season next year. He's had a good Sept/Oct in '07 and a good first half in '08. He's going to have do it for the whole season now.

I'm glad to see Lincecum win the NL Cy Young, I'd say he definitely deserved it! Now here's hoping the Giants hold on to him and he doesn't go all "Barry Zito" on them.

Coco Crisp traded to KC Royals...Rice Krispie fans are up in arms. In other news, Milton Bradley was traded for Parker Brothers.

Screw the Texas Rangers and the trusty steed that they rode in on too. I am the #1 fan of the Hackensack Hormones.

Ah yes, the Cubsters. I see that Ryan Dempster just signed a 4-year contract...and immediately went on the Kerry Wood Memorial 1461 day(including Leap Year) Disabled List.

Btw, do you know how to make a Hormone?

BoSox fans are too dumb to care anyway. They think that Grape Nuts is some kind of....wait for it.......venereal disease.

Well, I see you are little more civilized than I originally thought. My apologies.

It looks like they're not going to keep Kerry any more, seeing they did not offer him a contract, and he's filed for free agency. That's too bad - he was always a stand-up guy with bad luck with injuries. It would've been nice to have him retire a Cub, but I know he understands business is business.

Sigh...I should've listen to the little voice in my head and not asked.

I would groan at the joke, but I might get type-cast.

From one year ago, up to, and including the early part of the season, I was hoping that the Theo Epstein would trade Coco Crisp to free up some money for a starting pitcher to replace Curt Schilling in the rotation. I now admit that I was wrong. He was a great backup outfielder, never complained about playing time, was able to fill in with the many Red Sox injuries, and was able to fill a spot when Jacoby Ellsbury went into his sophomore slump. Thank God they kept him. Now they got a pretty good pitcher for him. Good luck to Coco in Kansas City, except when they play the Red Sox.
