Psst...Chuck, I know the origins. In fact, if you remember, Doublemint Gum was made by Wrigley...

I'm on a mission, here. Who's next? How about Detroit? Got any suggestions, Mick?
Could be right, but it said Safeco Field on the front of the stadium and on my ticket last Friday night. Maybe they are slow to change in the great NW.

Nah, they're just not buying into Don Quixote's little quest.

What's wrong with Comerica? It shows cooperation, placation and location.

Hmmm.

Just read that Mark Cuban is on the short list to buy the Cubs.

I think he'd be good for baseball: he's been good for basketball. The NBA has used their fine income from Cuban to improve officiating.

Sox follow up getting swept in Anaheim by taking 3 straight from the Mariners. The Yankees come to town tonight, but the Sox go without Manny. Jaba vs. Beckett. I think it's going to be fun!

I'm going miss the finale on Sunday, as I'll be at camp!

Bummer, Mick. Two down in the ninth with a one-run lead and you give up a two-run jack. Tough loss for the Tigers.

JR,
As I remember last evening, with my wife sitting in the room, Todd Jones took the mound and my wife says, "Here's one of your favorite pitchers." [Robertson, and Rodney are the other *dandys*. And
all three of those boys were on the mound last night.]
So, Jonesy gets two out and that Hot Shot rookie singled. Next batter Jermaine Dye.I told wife that , "He's a Tiger killer." Then his batting average is posted. Wife says ".222 ?"
"Hard to believe", says I, "I'd have guessed .322 overall and .622 against the Tigers."
Jermaine Dye is a Tiger killer.

It is what it is.

Well, the Yankees took 2 of 3 from the Red Sox, so it was a good weekend. Yesterday's loss broke the 8-game win streak.
