Call correct under our FIBA rules too but it is really rewarding bad play on behalf of the attacking team in making a bad pass and or penalising good play by the defensive player.

Probably not.

My guess is that coach here is yelling something at his players. If he is yelling at the officials, he\'s certainly not being restrained - just being gently reminded where the coaching box ends.
