An excellent backcourt violation call in the CS-Fullerton - Wisconsin.

5:42 rem in the first half, Wisconsin #34 intercepted a pass, landed with both feet in his FC and the stepped into the BC. Excellent position and call by the C, standing at the division line.

Bo Ryan didn't agree. Big surprise. :rolleyes:

As the unsuspecting ref did his pregame stretching, some guy in a suit sneaked up behind him, and despite the absence of teeth, bit a plug out of his bicep.

I too noticed that call. It was absolutely correct. The Wisconsin player intercepted a pass and land one, two BOTH in the front court and then his momentum caused him to step again with the second foot that came down into the backcourt.

This wasn't from the game.

I know he had a different suit on. And I was not watching. I was just trying to capture the same emotion that you were describing.

Call correct under our FIBA rules too but it is really rewarding bad play on behalf of the attacking team in making a bad pass and or penalising good play by the defensive player.

I am a baseball guy, and any time one of us has to restrain a coach while he is yelling at someone on the crew, he is probably leaving. Could someone please explain if the situation above is T-worthy.

Probably not.

My guess is that coach here is yelling something at his players. If he is yelling at the officials, he's certainly not being restrained - just being gently reminded where the coaching box ends.
