No PTS

Looks like no PTS, at least not in the Xavier/UGA game.

Someone mentioned they used it the other night in the play-in game.

No PTS in the Kansas/Portland St game.

I saw where they were using it in the play-in game. I looked on the PTS site and they don't have an agreement to use PTS in the tournament. However, they do have an agreement to use it in the Division II tournament and Division III.

I think once they get to the tournament with neautral sites they stop using it as not all sites may have access to a PTS system for the tournament. Atleast that is what it has been in years past.

All sites have access to the system. However, the NCAA doesn't have a contract with PTS to use the system. That's why it isn't being used.
