Staying in shape!!

While I was chasing my Ars up and down the court this year, my wife attendend the local gym. Now that I'm going there, I found that the rowing machines are a good work out, with no impact on the knees. The other is the 16 oz curls that can be done at the local pub, crasping the cold wet bottle slowly twist the bottle as you bring it toward your mouth. Works great for the forearms and biceps. Any futher questions or comments Ha Ha .

Try some U.P. Isometric Training(tm). Put both hands on a steering wheel, lock your elbows and rigidly push against it. At the same time, place both feet on the floor, brace and push as hard as you can. Do all this while driving a front-end loader over a fifty foot cliff.

Do as many reps as possible before either you or the front-end loader falls apart.

I just want to go on the record and state that this is not the type of isometric exercise that I recommended in a previous thread!

Thank you for clarifying that, I was just trying to figure out where I was going to get a front-end loader.
