Well, if you SEE a broken bone, I agree. Most broken bones can't be seen.

No way I'm waiting 10 seconds if the player has stopped breathing!! No way that's not significant!

Still, by the time I see the player go down, scope out the sitch and think "Holy Cow! That's serious!" it will have been about 10 seconds.
