Coach ask for an explination. I tell him, your player hit me right in the back and he says he doesn't believe he would do that on purpose, I tell him I would of thought it was unintentional if he would of said excuse me. But no he hits me in the back then walks to his huddle to listen to his coach.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

First T in the 3 years that I've been officiating I may add varsity or college. What a way to give out the first one

If you didn't toss him, you kicked it.

I agree with the others here - flagrant T/ejection (DQ to bench unless other arrangements have been made). There also may be further consequences depending on your state HS activities ASSN rules. In Oregon intentional contact with an official is specifically defined as "gross unsportsmanlike conduct" and can result in penalties up to & including DQ for the remainder of the season & fines levied to the school.

I seriously doubt that - it just doesn't make the national news when it happens at the HS/JH level.
