The Arizona women's team had just six players in uniform for their game last night, due to injuries and other issues. The game went double OT and four of them fouled out. One of the two left had four fouls!

I found the overwhelming apathy of the comments rather amusing.

But, it is interesting that this could happen in a D-1 game. I've personally had it happen at a scrimmage involving a juco team vs. a D-3 team.

I'd love to see the video too!

As the game was close, can you imagine the pressure that could have been applied while AZ was just inbounding the ball and trying to get it down court after a made basket.....? You could put two on the inbounder and three covering the only other person left. Yikes! Wonder how it was handled?

It's not a credit to Oregon State that they couldn't win until ASU was down to two players. We have so much good hs girls ball, why cant our college teams do better?

Concur! The link that TOAD posted makes the game sound incredibly close and totally back and forth in spite of what should have been insurmountable odds......those ASU players must have been exhausted!

Sorry....ASU is the school in Tempe...the Sun Devils

The OP was referencing the University of Arizona...in Tucson...the Wildcats.

How come nobody ever mixes up Florida State and The University of Florida????

When I saw the title, I thought you were talking about an illegal hold in wrestling.
