Watched a mechanics on tape last night and picked up this new blocking call.



Probably give it a whirl tonight if I get the chance.

Only... ~ 9 hours 30 minutes before M&M picks me up.

That looks like the officials from the Oak Hill / St. Benedict's game last night on ESPN. They did that a few times.

For those interested, the tape was by Frank Drebin. That's right -- he does more than baseball.

Didn't Garrettson et. al. have a blocking mechanic like that, back in the 70s and early 80s? I remember watching soem old school NBA back then and the refs were part of the game.

Good point. Probably best to let him rest his back as much as possible since he'll be carrying me through the game.

Just saw an official use your mechanic in the Florida/Georgia Southern game. He looked like he was having a lot of fun!

Well, we have gray as an alternate jersey here in VT. So, you have a banana suit as an alternate jersey where you call games? Sounds like with M&M you have a split decision.
