First, when you see the image on the website, right click and select Copy Image Location.

Then just use the image icon (that little landscape painting button) when you are entering a new post or a reply. When the dialog box opens, paste the link you copied above (Press [Control-v], or use Edit Paste from the menu) and press the [OK] button. Use the [Preview Post] button to make sure you've done it right.
