Question Is a matrix possible?

With the rule changes regarding moving some previous AP situations to POI situations, do you think it's possible to create an easy-to-follow matrix to show which one to use in specific situations? I was just thinking it would be helpful for those of us who are involved in training. Also - for those of us who have trouble remembering our own name.

Any suggestions and/or attempts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bob, er I mean Fred, er I mean Tom, oh NEVER MIND!
