NCAA rule 9-5.4 now says it applies to Men only.

Although I'm really not trying to be a women's official, I try to keep up but you're right, I misread it. I wonder what was the rule before? I can't imagine they would go thru the process of adding this new rule and there really is no significant change from last year. Kind of a do-nothing change.
