I was on that goal line from the stands. It is really hard to tell for sure, but it was clear that Hart lunged at the line and got the ball very close to the line. I am not sure many camera angles could have satisfied Joe Pa.
As far as I am concerned, tell your running back to hold on to the football inside the 20 and you might have won the darn game.  Peace
