Rookie ump with this one that I saw a couple weeks ago with 4th grade girls

Player A1 when dribbling down on a fast break when she quit dribbling and pull up her feet would continue sliding on the court for another foot or more. It looked weird and I am guessing she was wearing tennis shoes instead of basketball shoes that allowed her to slide when trying to come to a stop.
