As far as I know, the NCAA is identical on this.

You don't want to know. Thanks everyone for setting me straight!

Question: Other than the great talks on this forum, what resources should I get (buy) to make sure I have all the rules, etc.

Adam Fri Sep 14, 2007 11:20am

I'd start with the Rule Book.

As a newbie myself, I strongly recommend buying the Rules book and case book as a minimum. They go hand in hand. I also bought the Officials manual and Illustrated book. I have read these thru a few times but you do not always grasp the full intent of the rule the first time through. As evident by this forum, many do not get it for years. :)

Wimmen are different.

Really.

I'm not kidding.

Isn't the NCAA Wimmens for "holding the ball" only? And you can call it both in the front and backcourts? And their distance is 3 feet as opposed to 6'?

Other than that......

Look at the bright side, Deej. Only 9 1/2 months more and you're free of the little turds again.

Gee, thanks...when you put it that way it doesn't seem as bad as, say, being run over by a stampeding herd of water buffalo.

I'm always there for you, Deej. You know that. Through thick or thin. For better or for worse. During sickness and health. In rain, hail sleet and snow, and in the dark, stormy night, ol' JR will always be behind you.

Don't bend over though.
