High school game. Late 4th quarter. Team A is down by 20 points. Player A has ball stolen in backcourt. As player B goes in for lay-up, player A fustrated from having ball stolen levels player B as he shoots. Ball goes in basket and player B hits the floor hard. I call a flagrant foul on player A count the basket and award 2 shots with team B receiving ball for throw-in at point of foul. Rule book does not deal much with flagrant fouls. Did I do this right?

If you also ejected player A, then you got it right!
