If I had defended my position and said this was my opinion then he would have thought you give the ball back to Team A. Then he would have told us all how wrong the NCAA is and that this will happen to them some day and they need to do the right thing. Then he would have claimed that his big-time rec. game this took place and he set the record straight.

You missed something.

FTs are administered in the order in which the fouls occurred.

B shoots 2 FTs, A shoots 2 FTs and A gets the ball at the division line for a throw-in.

The HC loses coaching box privileges.

A1 is disqualified.

It makes no difference what type of technical foul it is, with regard to where the throw-in is.
