Steve Alfords brother gets the hook again!

Steve Alfords brother coaches his son's 1/2 grade travel team. There actually really good. However, people in this league told me he rarely goes a game without getting whacked or ran. I figure they're embellishing a little, until I had one of his games. I ran him half way into the second half. Then my buddy has him in a league tournament a few weeks later. My game forfeits so my partner and I go over to watch his game, and take bets on how long it will take him to get ran. One of the officials who is a good friend of our's is a CBA\USBL crew chief, Div 1 official. Half way through the first half he's gone, and calls my buddy a fu*king Idoit about three times. Then has to have the cops called on him by the complex mgmt. These are 6 and 7 years olds! WHAT A D*CK!!!

Maybe if all you guys were State Final officials, none of this would have happen. ;)

Peace

Sad.

Not unique, but sad.

There's such a thing as a 1st/2nd grade travel team? I hope they're only traveling to other elementary schools in their school system. :(

First and second grade is when the college scouts start looking at them - don\'t you remember learning this from the kids\' parents?

I guess they are state champs at that age. So sadly enough there is.

I just hope that their backers aren\'t getting them cars and letting them drive to the games yet! :D

Maybe this is a Sports Illustrated sign that the apocolypse is upon us.

Nah, these days if you\'re not on the radar screen by then it\'s too late.
