When counting the 10 seconds a FT shooter has to release the ball, the C, T in 2 man, should count by flicking the wrist and opening the hand, as opposed to counting like you would during a closely guarded sitch.

I ask due to the fact that out here in Southern Cal the clinics I have attended no longer use "Wrist Flick" but rather "Hand Count".

After I wrote you, I called my partner of the BasketBall God's and after telling me much more than I wanted to hear the Wrist Flick and the Hand Count are the same.
