OHSAA Jacket ?

Question: In Ohio, am I required to wear the OSHAA jacket during a frosh or reserve pregame (15 min before game time)?

Reason I ask is that I dont have one yet nor has OHSAA sent me my patch yet. (Passed the Class 2 test about a month ago).

Any Ohio guys recommend a good place to buy a jacket w/ patch?

While I'm on this subject, is it ok to simply buy a black golf "pull over" with no visible logos and have the patch sewn on there?

And finally, since I dont have my mechanics book handy, what time do you remove the jackets prior to game time?.....Ok, one more....Why do we have to wear them on the floor again?
