Talking

Did a HS boys game last night and I heard the craziest thing ever coming from a fan.The scenario; A1 is dribbling up the court and B1 steals the ball from behind. A man screams out, "He can't steal it from behind". He again screams this on a similar play later in the game. I just kinda shook my head like, Whatever! Some times you just have to laugh at ignorant fans.

What do you mean "some times?"

Also, isn't "ignorant fan" a redundancy?

makes the game interesting, i also get a chuckle out of ignorant fans and coaches, "reff, watch the three seconds, c'mon call it!" not knowing that the count resets after a shot(rim) and starts when they cross centercourt. the fans make my game, otherwise i would have nothing to put the fire in my officiating. fans do it, and some pay for it

Remember, a shot doesn't have to touch rim to be a try and loss of team control. So your 3 second count ends even if the shot doesn't hit anything.

Or, were you making a joke and adding a rimshot?
