Why is it wrong for IAABO to give a ruling just like any other organization? I know that states five interpretations that might not be from the NF and that is OK. That is why they are there, to give their officials and schools how the rules should be applied in their area. The NF only gives so many rulings anyway. If the NF has a problem with this ruling, then they need to put rulings on their website or in the casebook.
