This occurred directly in front of his coach. I blew the whistle and made the T sign. I said to the coach, "We're not going to shoot these, b/c it's a scrimmage, but I better not hear that again". Coach immediately pulled him. He came back later and was a little calmer.

What really would have been cool if the coach came up to you after the final horn and kept it up. I wonder what the assistant would say if you T the guy up at that time.

Another thing you could have said to the *** istant coach was, "I know. Actually, I was gonna give him two earlier in the game but that would have meant you would have taken over the team and I didn't want to do that to these kids."
