Although I had read the fist rule two years ago, and there was a thread about it on this board a few months ago, I had never seen it happen until yesterday. I had a two game set, 7 grade boys, then 8 grade boys. It happened once in each game.

After the first one, my partner remarked that in his zillion years of reffing, he'd never called a fist yet, and he wasn't going to call it now. He's the head of our evaluation and moving-up committee, so who was I to argue?

Next, game we see another one!! We looked at each other and started laughing...

Today, I saw it again!!

When it rains, it pours...... and we're not talking salt, here.

I hope it was called all 3 times.

I think it should have been.

That would honestly reinforce my beliefs in the "process".
