That's no the only thing we know. We know the former prosecutor is a corrupt ******* who might have to fight to hang on to his law license. We know the rape charges were bogus and the remaining charges are likely as bogus. The only reason they aren't dropped is because the state is trying to negotiate a settlement with the defendants -- we'll drop the case if you won't sue us.

Having money to fight has nothing to do with the situation.

You know the charges were bogus? That is very interesting. I think the charges against Kobe Bryant were bogus, but I did not see a lot of people here or in the media agreeing with my opinion. ;)
