Good grief, I only picked 25 right in the first round, the easiest first round I can remember. My wife picked 28 right.

Both of us have all possible points still on the table as all of our bad picks were picked to disappear in the second round. I'm sure many people are in the same position.

As bad as my first round has been, I'm not sitting too poorly for the next few rounds. I've only lost about 3 Sweet Sixteen picks and one Elite 8. This is by far my worst first round in memory. Just a bad year, I guess.

I guess I shouldn't feel so bad. 14/16 yesterday wasn't bad, but I still can't get over the lousy 11/16 on Thursday or maybe it's the fact my wife got 14/16 BOTH days.

And the 4 picks she lost on weren't bad picks, either. Maybe I need to stop following college hoops.

Don't do it, Rich. Take one year off, and you end up 21/32 in the first round.

Wow, the last time I looked up and saw no one ahead of me, I had entered the NCAA pool in July. I was able to stay in front for quite a few months...
